**Your Mission**:
Reporting to the Accounting Manager based in Paris, you'll join a team of four accountants. You’ll work closely with the Spanish accounting team and help formalize and improve accounting processes, ensure data reliability, and support system integrations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Manage Accounts Payable**: Process supplier invoices and payments using Yooz and Sage.
- **Support Intercompany & Tax Operations**: Assist with intercompany invoicing and handle VAT, electricity, and local tax declarations.
- **Perform Bank Reconciliations**: Daily entries and reconciliation of bank transactions.
- **Ensure Accurate Reporting**: Prepare monthly reports and ensure data reliability.
- **Oversee ERP Integration & Migration**: Manage data flows between systems (Sige to Sage), maintain scripts, and support ERP migration projects.
**Your Profile**:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Fluent in English / Professional proficiency in Spanish or French.
- Good knowledge of Spanish taxation (VAT, electricity, local taxes).
- Experience with Sage (ideally Sage 200) and ERP tools, proficient in Excel and basic scripting.
