With a focus on innovation and operational excellence, this organization is seeking to onboard specialized talent to lead strategic projects in the SAP environment.
We are looking for a Release Manager with experience in SAP S/4HANA Private Edition environments to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of release activities in an international context. The role requires close collaboration with development, testing, infrastructure, and business teams, especially within the Supply Chain area.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain the release management strategy and roadmap for SAP S/4HANA Private Edition.
* Plan and coordinate all release activities: requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
* Lead release planning meetings, ensuring alignment between technical and business teams.
* Manage risks and issues related to releases, escalating when necessary.
* Ensure compliance with release management processes and best practices.
* Coordinate environment management in support of the release calendar.
* Communicate plans, progress, and release status to stakeholders at all levels.
* Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to support OTC, STP, EDI, EWM, and TM flows.
* Drive continuous improvement of the release management process.
* Mentor junior team members when needed.
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP release management, preferably in S/4HANA Private Edition environments.
* Deep understanding of the SAP release lifecycle and associated methodologies.
* Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
* High level of English (minimum C1); Spanish is a plus.
Additional Valued Skills
* Knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes.
* Familiarity with business flows such as Order To Cash (OTC), Source To Pay (STP), EDI, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Transportation Management (TM).
