About this role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Continuity & Third‑Party Risk Manager to join our Information Security team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Business Continuity Management framework and overseeing Third‑Party Risk Management.
In addition, you will support other InfoSec initiatives and activities as needed.
This position reports to the CISO and plays a key role in ensuring operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and secure collaboration with our external suppliers and partners.
Key Responsibilities Business Continuity Management 40% Maintain and continuously improve the Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery frameworks.
Coordinate and support Business Impact Analyses and risk assessments across Barentz.
Draft and oversee the implementations and tests of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Organize and evaluate Business Continuity exercises, including lessons learned and remediation tracking.
Act as a key point of contact during major incidents or crises.
Third‑Party Risk Management 40% Manage the Third‑Party Risk Management lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding.
Perform risk assessments for suppliers and partners.
Coordinate with the legal department to define contractual security, continuity, and data protection requirements.
Monitor and report third‑party risks and recommend remediation actions.
Collaborate with Legal and Risk Management teams.
InfoSec Support & Other Tasks 20% Support broader InfoSec initiatives such as risk management, security awareness, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Assist in policy development, control implementation, and continuous improvement activities.
Act as a trusted advisor to IT and business stakeholders.
About You Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information security or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.
Good understanding of relevant standards and regulations (ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIST).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
An analytical mindset with the ability to translate risks into practical actions.
Proven record in influencing stakeholders and building relationships.
Nice to Have Relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, CISM, CRISC).
Experience in regulated environments (financial services, critical infrastructure, or similar).
Familiarity with vendor risk tooling and GRC platforms.
