Senior Compensation Analyst

To lead this transformative effort, we are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain talent.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and administer compensation plans and strategies aligned with company goals.
* Conduct market research and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.
* Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
* Collaborate with HR and management to develop incentive programs and salary structures.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in compensation analysis or related HR functions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations regarding compensation.
