What You’ll Do
* As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customers with mobile phones, internet, and TV services, including:
* Mobile Services :
SIM card setup, getting internet on devices
* Home Services :
Internet troubleshooting, TV box setup

* Languages:
Dutch & English
* Customer Service Skills:
Excellent communicator, customer-focused, problem solver
* Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with computers and passionate about technology
* Sales Mindset:
Able to identify and act on sales opportunities
