Promote a safe working environment, ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and integrity policies.Drive regional growth through strategic planning and collaboration with sales and commercial teams.Manage the P&L, including orders, sales, margins, cash flow, costs, risks, and mitigation plans.Build and lead a lean, high-performing organization with teams across multiple countries.Lead change management initiatives to foster accountability, focus, and customer orientation.Develop and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.Oversee skills development and team management for approximately 120 employees.Reporting line :
