**Mission**
As a Replenishment & Procurement Planner, you will ensure the continuous and efficient flow of goods between the plant, affiliates, warehouses, and key customers. You will manage replenishment parameters, maintain optimal stock levels, coordinate shipments, and guarantee service performance levels while optimize logistics costs. This role acts as the main point of contact between affiliates and the plant, ensuring accurate communication, problem‑solving, and alignment across Supply Chain teams.
**Key Functions**
- Manage replenishment of goods to affiliates, warehouses (VMI), and final customers, ensuring stock levels and OTIF targets.
- Create, monitor, and update internal requisitions, sales orders, and shipping plans (daily/weekly).
- Execute order management activities for extra affiliates and European customers.
- Coordinate shipments, consolidate loads, and interact with forwarders and warehouse teams.
- Lead daily Supply Chain and production meetings, updating SSDs and shipment plans accordingly.
- Analyze Focus data and system parameters to maintain accurate replenishment rules and stock settings.
- Monitor late deliveries, safety stock adherence, and manage claim resolutions with affiliates.
- Collaborate with procurement planners on raw material availability and changes within the planning time fence.
- Prepare monthly analyses (ATO/MTO, shipments, RCA, improvement proposals).
- Cooperate cross‑functionally (Demand Planning, Logistics, Production, Market Teams) to optimize service, mitigate obsolescence, and increase efficiency.
**Key Requirements**
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑interaction skills.
- Analytical mindset with solid mathematical and logical thinking abilities.
- Good level of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work with accuracy under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in supply chain, especially replenishment or procurement planning (desirable).
- Knowledge of MRP logic and pull systems (preferred).
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with IT tools such as R12, CPU, RP, QV, Cognos, Focus, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred).
- Flexibility, ownership, attention to detail, and openness to continuous improvement.
