As Technical Support within dhe Workshop Equipment Deparment, your mission will be to serve as the main point of contact between MAHLE and the customer regarding technical support for our products.
Your Contribution
* Act as the first point of contact between MAHLE and the customer in cases of technical issues and configurations.
* Deliver product presentations and demonstrations of MAHLE equipment, both at our own offices and at customer locations.
* Provide technical training courses on MAHLE products to distributors and workshops.
* Offer phone support regarding product usage procedures and assist in case of equipment malfunctions.
* Coordinate with other internal departments (Technical Support, Repairs, Sales) to resolve issues and improve internal processes, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.
Your Experience & Qualifications
* Technical training (Grado Medio), ideally related to automotive.
* Fluent English.
* Residence in Madrid or surrounding areas, with availability to attend our offices in Torrejón de Ardoz.
* Experience in the automotive sector.
* Customer-oriented, strong communication skills, flexibility, and commercial abilities.
* Availability for frequent travel and weekend work.
* Knowledge of automotive technologies and electronics.
* Experience conducting automotive workshops is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
