Job Description:
We are seeking to hire a Maintenance Manager for Water Treatment Plants (EDAR) for our division in Madrid.
CADAGUA is a company owned by Ferrovial Construction, a leader in the design, construction, and operation of Water Treatment Plants.
Responsibilities:
1. Organize maintenance and conservation of facilities, electromechanical equipment, instrumentation, and automation services.
2. Develop preventive, predictive, regulatory, and conservation maintenance plans.
3. Prepare reports and draft work procedures and technical instructions.
4. Plan and control the execution of own or subcontracted work.
5. Analyze failure causes and implement corrective measures to resolve breakdowns.
6. Identify needs and propose improvements for equipment and facilities.
7. Ensure compliance with Safety and Health regulations at work.
8. Manage suppliers and inventory: request quotes, place orders, and oversee reception tests.
9. Implement and monitor prevention, quality, and environmental systems.
10. Optimize energy efficiency of the facilities.
11. Organize human and material resources under your charge.
12. Manage budgets.
Requirements:
* Higher Education Degree.
* At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and operation of EDAR or similar facilities.
* Driver's license.
* Advanced proficiency in Office applications.
* Availability to work according to needs, including outside regular hours if necessary.
Valuable Skills:
* Knowledge of industrial equipment: electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, instrumentation, and control (PLCs).
* Structural calculations and materials resistance.
* Interpretation of construction, industrial, and electrical plans.
* Knowledge of wastewater treatment.
* Management of suppliers, procurement, and inventory.
* Proficiency in software: Excel macros, AutoCAD, MATLAB, Presto, Cype, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
