Detailed Job Description
As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team by managing and monitoring customer accounts to ensure timely payments and accurate records. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing and recording customer invoices.
* Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue payments.
* Handling payment discrepancies and resolving related issues.
* Performing account reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial data.
* Preparing regular reports on accounts receivable status.
* Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Candidate Profile
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
* High level of English (mandatory).
* Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
