Responsibilities

Analyze organization and design its processes and systems.
\n
Assess business model and its integration with technology, evaluate the current state, identify customer requirements, and define future state and/or business solution.
\n
Research, gather, and synthesize information to support these activities.
\n
Act as subject‐matter expert, collaborate and manage team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions.
\n
Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across various teams.
\n
Master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding is required; expert proficiency in Business Model Strategy recommended; expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design, and Requirements Analysis, plus master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing suggested.

Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
\n
Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business processes and system requirements.
\n
Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision‐making.
\n
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
\n
Provide training and support to team members on new processes and systems.
