Qualifications & Experience
* +5y hands‑on experience configuring security in Visier (not just dashboards or reporting)
* Deep understanding of Visier's security model, including row‑level and attribute‑based access control
* Experience with Workday security roles and permissions (to understand the \"mirror\" replication)
* Ability to translate Workday security logic into Visier configurations
* Fluent English (client‑facing role, fully remote with European timezone overlap)
* Senior‑level autonomy – you’ll work independently without supervision
Responsibilities
* Assessment: Audit the current Visier security setup and identify misconfigurations, access risks, and inconsistencies
* Impact Analysis: Analyze how upcoming changes in Workday (~40 roles affected) will break the existing Visier security model
* Implementation: Execute hands‑on fixes directly in Visier – adjust roles, permissions, and data access without external dependencies
* Deliver: Ensure Visier security is bulletproof post‑Workday changes, with zero data exposure risks
