The Role:

We are not looking for a simple ad manager. We are looking for a Full-Stack Marketer —expert in acquisition and sophisticated in operations.

Your mission is double:

* Skyrocket qualified traffic by dominating both Inbound and Outbound channels.
* Qualify our database and feed the sales team with leads ready to close (SQLs), while automating activation for smaller users (PLG).

You will be the bridge between Product (PLG) and Sales (Sales-Led), ensuring no quality lead falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

Your goal is clear: Explode traffic and opportunity generation by dominating every available channel—from organic to paid, from human-led to automated.

You will be responsible for making Maite.ai the inevitable answer, whether a lawyer searches on Google, asks ChatGPT, or checks their inbox.

The 4 Acquisition Engines You Will Lead

1. Search Domination (SEO & GEO - Generative Engine Optimization)

* The Challenge: Google isn't enough. You must lead the strategy to position Maite.ai as the #1 answer not just in traditional search engines, but in the new era of Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) .
* You will turn our knowledge into a massive asset for organic traffic attraction.

2. Sniper Outbound & Scaled Cold Email

* Design and execute direct prospecting systems (LinkedIn/Email) that cut through the noise .
* We don't want "spam"; we want genuine sales opportunities delivered at scale using smart automation and prospecting tools (Apollo, Hunter, Sales Nav).

3. Paid Media & Performance (The Accelerator)

* Act as the "Orchestra Conductor" to manage resources (freelancers, agencies, or self-execution) in paid campaigns.
* If a channel works (Ads, Social, Display), your job is to scale it to feed the machine.

4. Virality & Content (Inbound)

* Create a content machine that acts as a permanent lead magnet.
* Exploit our 50k user database to generate reactivation and referrals.

What will you do with all that traffic? (PLG Conversion)

Capturing traffic wildly is useless if the bucket is leaky.

* From Traffic to Activation: Ensure visit volume turns into activated users (PLG) through impeccable, automated onboarding.
* Feeding Sales: Identify high-value PQLs (Product Qualified Leads) from the crowd and hand them to the sales team on a silver platter.

Profile we are looking for

* Builder & Hacker: Total execution mindset. If the channel doesn't exist, you build it. If it exists, you optimize it.
* Data-Driven Mindset: Analysis is your superpower. You know which channel brings ROI and which is just vanity.
* PLG & SaaS B2B Experience: You understand how to scale traffic in environments where the product is the growth engine.
* Tech Mastery: You aren't scared of tech stacks, automation, or new AI tools.
* Professional English: Mandatory to lead expansion and capture traffic in international markets.

We will highly value

* Previous experience or background in the Legal Sector .
* Proven experience in Inbound and SEO.
* Mastery of Marketing Automation tools.
* Mastery of Prospecting Tools (Apollo.io, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Genesy, etc.).
