What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with local organisations, businesses, and community centres
- Connect with healthcare professionals and community leaders to raise awareness
- Provide helpful info about our services to individuals and families
- Keep accurate records of client details and outreach activities
- Advocate for those needing care and help them navigate available services
About you
- Experience in a similar community-facing or engagement role
- Aged care or disability sector experience (desirable)
- Strong admin skills and confident using programs like Word and Excel
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Confident communicator with great customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities
- Must have full working rights within Australia
