Answering repair calls and coordinating customer service with the team of repair technicians.

We are looking for people with native or bilingual Dutch and commercial and/or customer service experience. Fluency in Dutch is a must, as calls will be handled in Dutch.
You will work 100% remotely with the possibility of working from the office when required previous organization for team building activities, trainings and company meetings.
You must be available to work from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 20:30 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 17:30 pm .
You will work rotating morning, afternoon and central shifts.
