Working as part of the ERP team, you'll collect information, analyze requirements and solve problems, providing technical and operational support.

Responsibilities Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements
Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to ensure the system works as the client needs
Run workshops with clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions, addressing gaps detected during prototyping
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are incorporated into specifications and functions
Create or evaluate a breakdown of client business processes to identify and link functional and non-functional requirements
Document settings and prepare clients to use the system
Support testing of the proposed system and train users
Qualifications Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner
Passion for learning with good business sense and time management
Ability to manage clients' expectations effectively
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
At least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX
Identify areas where customizations or extensions may be required (including changes to standard reports if needed)
