Duelbits is looking to collaborate with an experienced Delivery Manager - Casino to support and drive delivery across our casino development initiatives. In this collaboration, you will act as the connective layer between technical contributors, product counterparts, and business stakeholders, ensuring delivery remains aligned with strategic goals, technical expectations, and agreed timelines. This engagement is ideal for someone who champions delivery discipline, removes blockers proactively, and continuously improves how casino games and features move from idea to release.
Scope of ServicesDelivery Oversight
* Own and coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple casino initiatives running in parallel.
* Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with agreed business and technical objectives.
* Identify and manage cross-team dependencies to support cohesive execution and predictable outcomes.
Team Enablement & Flow
* Work closely with engineering and product contributors to support efficient, focused casino delivery.
* Identify and remove impediments that slow progress or impact delivery commitments.
* Encourage strong delivery practices that keep teams aligned, productive, and outcome-driven.
Stakeholder Alignment
* Act as a primary delivery contact for casino-related stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
* Maintain transparency through accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting.
* Ensure delivery-related artefacts and plans remain current and accessible.
Delivery Leadership & Ways of Working
* Advocate for best-practice delivery principles and support continuous refinement of delivery processes.
* Facilitate key delivery rituals such as planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Support capability growth within casino delivery teams through feedback, structure, and clear expectations.
* Monitor delivery performance and identify opportunities to improve flow, predictability, and quality.
* Analyse delivery metrics to optimise workflows and reduce lead times.
* Proactively identify delivery risks and issues impacting casino initiatives.
* Implement mitigation strategies early and escalate critical blockers when required.
* Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Required Capabilities
The following capabilities are imperative for this collaboration:
* Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role, ideally within iGaming or highly technical environments.
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate and deliver complex software initiatives or programmes.
* Strong understanding of delivery frameworks, agile principles, and execution practices.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, product-led environments. Excellent stakeholder communication and alignment skills.
* Proficiency with delivery and tracking tools (e.g. Atlassian suite).
* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capability.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
* Interest in iGaming is a strong advantage, curiosity and willingness to learn are equally valued.
