As our portfolio and client base continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Property Advisor to join our team in Marbella.

The Role:

As a Sales Property Advisor at Elliott James, you will manage buyer, agency and seller relationships, conduct property viewings, negotiate sales, and guide clients through the full purchasing process.

The biggest priority in this role is delivering exceptional service to our sellers, ensuring their properties are positioned, marketed, and represented to the highest standard.

You will be expected to think outside the box, communicate clearly and confidently, and build strong personal relationships throughout the sales process.

The Idóneo Candidate:
You are highly personable, proactive, and an outstanding communicator, with a natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships.

We are open to talented sales professionals from luxury, lifestyle, or client-facing industries who bring strong commercial awareness and a creative, solutions-driven approach.

Direct experience in real estate is not essential; the most important quality is the ability to communicate confidently, professionally, and with discretion when working with high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acting as the main point of contact for sellers, providing regular communication and strategic advice
- Managing buyer enquiries and qualifying clients
- Conducting property viewings and follow-ups
- Developing creative sales and marketing approaches for listings
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion
- Working closely with lawyers, developers, and notaries
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and listings
- Representing Elliott James to the highest professional standard

What We're Looking For:

- Experience as in Customer Service
- Preferred Background in luxury or high-end residential property
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Fluent English (Spanish is a strong advantage; additional languages a bonus)
- Confident, personable, and an excellent communicator
