RESPONSIBILITIES
* Product Development & Management: Take end-to-end responsibility for building scalable and standardized products with necessary customization.
* Consultancy: Translate functional requirements into technical specifications, leverage business knowledge to design optimal functionalities, and promote sustainable solutions using standard functionalities.
* Development: Customize third-party ABAP-based solutions, develop new functionalities for Yard Management, and manage interfaces with SAP ERP, TM, and EWM systems.
* Customization & Release Management: Customize SAP modules and handle global and site-specific releases following predefined processes (SOLMAN).
* Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, support functional testing and UAT, automate regression tests, and collaborate with multicultural, distributed teams to enhance product quality and innovation.
* Global Collaboration: Participate actively in designing global yard logistics templates and collaborate within a worldwide team of technical and functional experts.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum 5+ years of experience as an ABAP developer or similar role, with proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and experience in R/3 to S/4 migrations.
* Extensive experience in system integrations, especially in multi-ERP environments.
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
* Growth mindset, curiosity, teamwork, strong communication skills, and advanced English proficiency.
NICE TO HAVE
* Experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP Cloud technologies, TM/WM modules, and test automation.
* Knowledge of version control (Git), application lifecycle, change/release management, and industry-specific experience in logistics or chemicals.
* Experience with Agile frameworks, lean practices, Jira/MS Azure, and working in multicultural, global teams.
