Your Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of new clients.
* Guide businesses through onboarding and help them launch high‑performing PPC campaigns.
* Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote Google Ads solutions.
* Identify client goals and offer tailored marketing strategies.
* Drive performance upselling and long‑term client satisfaction.
* Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
Requirements
* Languages: Native/C2 Dutch, C1 English (French is a plus)
* Education: BA/BS degree (preferably in Marketing, Business or Communication)
* Experience: At least 1.5 years in sales, marketing or account management
* Comfortable using CRM systems and AI‑based outreach tools
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Proactive, goal‑oriented and customer‑focused
* Benelux Market Expertise
* Understanding of local culture, business practices and GDPR regulations
* Skilled in stakeholder management and strategic relationship building
* Capable of identifying new opportunities and tracking ROI performance

* Salary: €23,876 gross / year + up to €3,408 annual bonus
