HEINEKEN HEY Program:
your 12 months to take off

Would you like to start your career in a leading FMCG multinational, learn as much as possible, and have fun along the way? HEY (Heineken Early Years Program) is a 12-month development program designed for young professionals who have already taken their first career steps and want to grow within a major company.

During this experience, you will:

Continue your training with The Power MBA, choosing an online master's program from our catalogue to further develop your profile beyond day-to-day tasks.

Receive a monthly study allowance of €960.
Enjoy 25 days of paid leave to fully disconnect.

Benefit from a flexible office schedule, with 64 hours of remote work per month (3 days on-site and 2 days remote), optional 100% remote work in July and August, and intensive working hours in August.

Are you in?

At HEINEKEN Spain, we are currently looking for talent to join our Digital, Customer Service & Logistics team, based in our Madrid offices.

Mission:

As a Digital & Technology Analyst, you will join the Supply Chain D&T; team at HEINEKEN Spain, playing a key role in our digital transformation journey.

You will be part of the digital heartbeat of HEINEKEN, driving initiatives that connect innovation, data and supply chain to create more intelligent, efficient, and customer-centric operations across our markets.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate with strong technical foundations, curiosity, and a genuine passion for innovation to learn how business, data, and technology intersect within a global company.

FUNCTIONS AND PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:
Collaborate in system integrations, data flows and automation initiatives, working closely with local and global teams.
Assist in testing, documenting and validating new functionalities and enhancements.
Help translate business requirements into structured technical documentation and user stories.
Learn and progressively take ownership of specific workstreams or pilot projects, gaining visibility and autonomy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:
Bachelor's degree in ADE, computer, engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or similar. Master en logistics.

Experience:
0–1 year of experience (internships or first job in customer service, logistics, analytics or digital environments desirable).

Skills & Knowledge:
Basic understanding of system integrations, APIs, or middleware is a plus.
Interest in digital transformation, Customer Service and Logistics solutions, and applied AI.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI or similar analytics tools.

Languages:

English:
B2/C1.

Spanish:
native or fluent.

Personal Attributes:
High energy and motivation to learn.
Structured, analytical, and detail oriented.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Curious mindset and enthusiasm for technology.
Team player with a proactive, \"can-do\" attitude.
