Customer Success Manager (Italian Speaker)

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (Italian Speaker) to support and grow our B2B customer base in Italy. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients, driving adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes from our language learning and corporate training solutions.

You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve their learning and performance goals while identifying opportunities for renewal, expansion, and long-term partnership growth.

What You’ll Do

* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Italian mid-market and enterprise organisations.
* Lead customer onboarding and guide clients through structured adoption and enablement journeys.
* Monitor engagement and performance metrics, presenting insights that demonstrate ROI and business impact.
* Own the renewal process, proactively managing risks and collaborating with Sales on account strategy.
* Identify upsell and expansion opportunities aligned with customer needs and strategic priorities.
* Deliver data-driven recommendations to influence learning strategies and customer decision-making.
* Share customer and market insights with Product, Sales, and Marketing to shape roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
* Stay up to date with trends in corporate learning and EdTech within the Italian market.
* Develop customer success stories, case studies, and advocates to showcase impact and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

* Native-level Italian and fluent English
* 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role
* Experience managing mid-market or enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and ROI narratives
* Consultative, customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
