Senior Futures and Options Broker

**Position Overview**:
As a Senior Futures and Options Broker, you will play a vital role in bringing a new set of clients, in facilitating trades and providing expert guidance in Rates Futures and Options markets. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of financial products, market trends, and customer management skills to develop BGC's footprint. The role can be based in Madrid (Spain), Paris (France) or London (UK).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate revenue, trade ideas and execution services to clients in futures and options markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators and identify trading opportunities
- Collaborate with research analysts and other team members
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all financial rules and regulations as well as ethic in day to day operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in English required, Spanish or French bonus
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field;
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, Series 7) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in futures and options trading, with a proven track record.
- Quantitative skills, and data visualisation experience valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- High level of accuracy in executing trades.
