We are seeking an Operations Manager to support our growing Distribution Centre in Lelystad. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an international team, overseeing the dispatch operation 24 / 7 across three rotations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Responsibilities :
* Manage the entire Operations Process during your shift.
* Lead and drive the operation, ensuring compliance, performance, and excellent service delivery.
* Set and monitor objectives and KPIs with your team.
* Review operational performance and implement continuous improvements.
* Promote communication, engagement, and process improvements within the warehouse.
* Plan, supervise, and coordinate platform operations during shifts.
* Manage weekly workload and priorities.
* Provide training and conduct performance evaluations.
* Ensure resources are available for Warehouse Managers and coordinate their teams.
Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree or HBO in a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or automated logistics / distribution centers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data analysis.
* Professional level of English; Spanish and Dutch are advantageous.
* Strong management, leadership, planning, and communication skills.
* Ability to handle change, conflict, and stress effectively.
