**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:* **Test Strategy & Planning:** Develop and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end test strategy across multiple workstreams.* **Test Execution:** Coordinate manual and automated testing activities for ERP systems and integrated tools.* **Testing Phases:** Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing.* **Team Leadership:** Lead internal and external test teams in global, cross-functional projects.* **Process Improvement:** Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and automation.* **Stakeholder Management:** Serve as the main contact for business and technical stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on testing activities .* **Defect & Compliance:** Manage defect triage and support audits to ensure compliance and product quality.# Qualifications:* **Education:** Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.* **Experience:** Proven background in software quality and test management within large-scale IT programs.* **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and test automation tools (e.g., Tosca, SAP Solution Manager).* **Methodologies:** Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, metrics, and project management principles.* **Analytical Mindset:** Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.* **Project Leadership:** Ability to lead and coordinate complex project activities, driving alignment among diverse stakeholders without direct disciplinary management responsibilities* **Language & Certification:** Fluency in English; ISTQB certification and automotive industry knowledge are a plus.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
