We are seeking a profile with a focus on SAP EWM processes, who will act as a bridge between business and technology. The role involves understanding requirements, coordinating with external providers (AMS), and providing functional support in SAP. Key Responsibilities Act as a key contact for local business and work with third-level support, resolving functional and technical issues. Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze requirements, and follow up on the development of solutions that enhance business performance. Provide application support, manage and elevate tickets and collaborate with Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) partners ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of business applications. Collaborate with the Journey Owner and IT Lead to align SAP solutions with business needs. Participate in cross‑functional teams to support integrating SAP with factory systems and smart devices. Support the implementation of innovative solutions in the application space with a focus on SAP and EWM and/or Production and/or Logistics. Required Qualifications Relevant experience in SAP analysis and support, particularly in EWM. Other modules, such as Production and Logistics are a plus. Fluency in Spanish. Medium level of English. Good understanding of SAP business processes related to warehouse management, logistics, sales and manufacturing.
