C&B Advisor
PURPOSE & MISSION
The position will support the C&B manager managing and administering the compensation and benefits programs across the region, ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices, company objectives, and legal requirements. The C&B coordinator will also provide support and guidance to employees and managers regarding compensation-related queries as well as ensure data accuracy.
Compensation & Benefits management :
* Support the Mediterranean design, implementation, and management of LV Mediterranean Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategy to enhance our competitive market positioning and ensure talent attraction and retention.
* Conduct ongoing analysis and market insights to support business decisions and meet mandatory reporting requirements.
* Ensure the proper management and functioning of the benefits and wellbeing policies in the region.
* Contribute to annual salary increase and Individual Compensation Review (ICR).
HR Budget construction, KPI's & Reporting
* Comply and review people-data across the region to improve reporting provision, ensure data accuracy, and comply with data protection regulations.
* Design and create comprehensive HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholders, including executive management.
* Prepare and submit monthly & annual social reports on main HR indicators for corporate (Louis Vuitton & LVMH) & auditors.
* Prepare and follow up the main HR indicators and relevant KPI's (absenteeism, turnover, staff flexibility, etc.).
HR project management
* Supervise eHR projects to ensure optimization and efficient functioning of C&B tools.
SCOPE
Countries : 7 (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Turkey, Israel and Kazajstán).
Work Place : Madrid, with sporadic travelling throughout the region.
INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
* Country & Regional HR teams; Retail Teams; Country Finance & Accounting teams
EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
* External local payroll partners in each country; Vendors and suppliers of benefits in each country.
EDUCATION
Bachelor Degree, with preference from Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or Law.
EXPERIENCE
Ideal 2-3 years human resources experience in a C&B / HR project management role, within retail environment, with preference in an international company serving multi countries markets.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Has to have graduated from most recent studies in the past 3 years.
Has to be able to sign a "contrato de prácticas".
OTHER SKILLS AND NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient Spanish & English; French is an advantage.
Deadline & detail oriented.
Service oriented.
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask.
Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills; trust & Integrity.
Advanced proficiency in Excel required, with good understanding and interpretation of figures.
