What will you do:
* Assist the Head Chef in recipe development and food preparation.
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring the execution of dishes to the highest quality standards.
* Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and hygiene standards
* Contribute to the development of seasonal specials.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
* Adapt to a fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen environment.
What you need:
* Proven experience at least as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a fine dining or high-end restaurant.
* A culinary degree or relevant culinary certification is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and culinary techniques.
* Creativity and passion for food, with a focus on attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work in a team and support a positive kitchen culture.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
