Position Overview
Weareseekinganexperiencedandtechnicallyskilled GlobalInformationSecurity&CybersecurityManager; toleadandoverseethesecuritypostureofourmultinationalorganization.ThisroleisresponsibleformanagingtheInformationSecurityManagementSystem(ISMS),drivingISO27001certificationandotherrelevantsecuritystandards,andleadingbothinternalandexternalsecurityinitiatives.
Theidealcandidatewillhaveastrongtechnicalbackgroundincybersecurityandnetworking,provenexperienceinsecurityaudits,andtheabilitytomanageexternalsecuritypartnerseffectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadtheglobalinformationsecuritystrategyandoperations.
- MaintainandcontinuouslyimprovetheISMSacrossallbusinessunits.
- DriveandsupportISO27001certificationandotherrelevantsecuritystandards.
- Manageandcoordinateexternalsecurityserviceprovidersandconsultants.
- Provideleadershipandsupportduringinternalandexternalsecurityaudits.
- Identify,assess,andmitigatesecurityrisksacrosstheorganization.
- CollaboratewithIT,legal,compliance,andbusinessteamstoensurealignmentwithsecuritypoliciesandprocedures.
- Monitoremergingthreatsandimplementproactivesecuritymeasures.
- Developanddeliversecurityawarenessprogramsandtraining.
- ReporttotheGlobalDataandTechnologydirectoronsecurityposture,incidents,andimprovements.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum5–7yearsininformationsecurityandcybersecurityroles.
- TechnicalSkills: Strongknowledgeofcybersecurityprinciples,networksecurity,andsecuritytechnologies.
- AuditExperience: Provenexperienceinleadingandsupportingsecurityaudits.
- Certifications (preferred): CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO27001LeadImplementer / Auditor, or equivalent.
- Education: Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationSecurity,orrelatedfield.
- Languages: SpanishandEnglish; additionallanguagesareaplus.
- SoftSkills: Communication, andprojectmanagementskills.
