We are recruiting a Senior Laboratory and Compliance Assessment Manager for a leading multinational industrial company, located near Pamplona (Spain) .

This role combines an initial phase leading an international transformation project with the management of the Laboratory and Compliance Assessment team (validation, testing, and regulatory compliance).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the team strategy (20 employees), aligning product development, validation, and regulatory compliance with business objectives.
* Manage and drive the transformation project, coordinating resources, teams, and timelines.
* Oversee and develop the laboratory team (test engineering and technicians).
* Supervise product verification, validation, and certification activities, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance with national and international standards.
* Ensure compliance with laboratory quality systems and accreditations (ISO/IEC 17025).
* Coordinate communication with certification bodies, external partners, and internal departments (Quality, Production, Product).
* Promote continuous improvement, technical innovation, and operational excellence within the laboratory.

Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or similar.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory and compliance assessment roles (testing labs, validation, or product certification) within R&D environment (e.g., mechanical/electromechanical components or automotive sector). xpzdshu
* Strong knowledge of IEC/EN standards, certification processes, and laboratory quality systems ( ISO/IEC 17025 ).
* Fluent English (C1 level) is required.
