We’re looking for outstanding professionals to strengthen our team of subject matter experts.As a Senior Cyber Security Analyst, your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
Conduct in-depth incident analysis, identifying root causes and guiding solutions.Collaborate closely with clients' C-suite executives to establish effective detection strategies covering all aspects of security threats.Serve as a cybersecurity authority, staying current with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in cyber defense.Oversee the quality of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services for clients.Evaluate clients' cybersecurity maturity levels and provide expert consultation for continuous improvement.Maintain and develop playbooks and guidance for L1 and L2 analysts.Provide case investigation training to SOC analysts (layers 1 and 2).Onboard new clients to MDR services.Qualifications and experience we seek:
Minimum of 5 years experience in cybersecurity analysis;
prior management experience is favorable.Strong understanding of SOC workflows, MITRE ATT&CK Framework, and Cyber Kill Chain methodology.Thorough knowledge of attack vectors, defense strategies, mitigation, and remediation steps.Hands-on expertise in cyber incident investigation and response.Experience with various SIEM platforms, SOAR, and automation.Critical thinking skills and ability to think outside the box.Familiarity with a broad spectrum of security tools and applications.Understanding of cloud technologies and security practices is highly beneficial.Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, including presentation skills.What we offer:
