We are a global crop protection company offering a business platform of flexible and cost-effective solutions to meet the diverse needs of farmers, distributors, and industry partners.As we continue to grow across international markets, we are seeking an experienced and drivenEU Regulatory Managerfor our Biostmulant /Biocontrol /Fertlizer in the Regulatory Affairs team. In this role, you will:
1.Develop and implement the EU regulatory strategy for designated products to meet EU business objectives and to ensure that regions and countries have access to a comprehensive regulatory package to gain and maintain national registrations in line with business needs.
2.Provide regulatory expertise, advice, leadership and advocacy skills to business partners (Product Managers, Technical Managers and Supply Chain Managers) for the allocated Rainbow portfolio to ensure that issues, challenges and opportunities are progressed and addressed in a timely manner.Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop EU regulatory strategies for designated active ingredients in support of business objectives considering the sustainability of existing and new uses. These strategies allow regions and countries to operate within agreed regulatory frameworks.
2.Prepare high quality regulatory documents and provide associated support and advice. This includes updated regulatory strategy documents which serve as accurate, self-service framework for territory and country organizations.
3.Provide foresight, evaluation and thorough analysis of current regulatory issues and future threats critical to the assigned active ingredients.
4.Lead important projects with minimal guidance.
5.Provide regulatory leadership for the substances of your assigned portfolio.
6.Lead teams within Product Registration and Product Safety to ensure appropriate work plans are developed and implemented, and results are appropriately evaluated and integrated as required to support regulatory submissions and approvals.
7.For designated active ingredients, identify competitor products and track competitor databases, issues and development strategies, and use this knowledge to identify opportunities and promote optimal positioning of Rainbow products in the portfolio.
8.Work close to 3rd party management team regarding regulatory aspects and requirements for global and large regional licensing agreements.Requirements:
1.Degree in science and preferably post-graduate qualification .
2.Detailed knowledge of worldwide product registration requirements and regulatory science issues with multi-year experience in the field.
3.Detailed knowledge of worldwide product registration requirements and regulatory science issues withat least 3 years multi-year experience in BIO stimulants.
4.Preferably a good understanding of agribusiness.
5.Proven ability to deal with complex regulatory issues and to develop effective strategies for managing them.
6.Collaboration across functional and geographic boundaries with excellent interpersonal skills.
7.Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
8.Self-motivation and proactive attitude.
