The territory covered by this role includes the Catalunya regions. The main responsibilities include achieving assigned area business goals and developing commercial activities in compliance with Aspen policies. This involves interfacing with decision-makers in public and private entities throughout the drug promotion and purchasing process to optimize the commercial potential of Aspen's product portfolio.
* Partnership Development
* Achieve assigned territory objectives by driving sales and market share of assigned products.
* Introduce and promote Aspen portfolio to key customers: perform visits to specialties such as Gynecology, Urology, Radiotherapy, hospital pharmacists to promote prescriptions and purchases.
* Collaborate with regional stakeholders and coordinate with the Sales Director to develop partnership projects.
* Establish and maintain effective business relationships with local stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and opinion leaders.
* Strategic Project Implementation
* Implement activities related to strategic corporate projects with stakeholders.
* Capture, process, and share new evidence of public interventions developed by stakeholders.
* Organize training days and clinical sessions for healthcare professionals.
* Administrative Coordination
* Report misalignments with market values to the Tender Manager and provide information on competitors' activities, tender results, and hammer prices.
* Contract and Tender Management
* Manage tenders and post-award periods and contracts with private structures.
* Identify, analyze, and share potential of public and private structures with the Tender Manager and commercial teams to plan interventions.
* Market Analysis and Development
* Analyze market and competition evolution and identify new development potentials, including marketing of generic products.
* Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales.
* Participate in industry conferences and events to promote the company's products and image.
* Compliance and Ethics
* Ensure business activities are conducted with honesty, integrity, and professionalism in accordance with laws and Aspen's ethics code.
* Continuous Learning and Knowledge Update
* Update scientific and role-related knowledge with relevant tools and resources.
* Healthcare Professional Engagement
* Identify the scientific information needs of health professionals and plan visits and activities accordingly.
* Ensure communication aligns with healthcare professionals' needs.
* Organize scientific information activities and propose training and updates for healthcare professionals.
* Reputation and Compliance
* Safeguard the company's reputation through compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
* Fulfill administrative or legal requirements within deadlines (expenses, reports, etc.).
* Effective Communication
* Ensure effective communication tailored to healthcare professionals' needs.
* Facilitate resolution of customer issues related to receivables, returns, and overdue management in coordination with relevant functions.
* Work with external teams to seize opportunities and enhance Aspen's product portfolio.
