Its business scope covers R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.Responsibilities:End-to-End Inbound Logistics ManagementManage end-to-end inbound logistics operations for imported KD parts andEuropean local parts, including inland transportation from ports, inboundreceiving, warehousing and delivery to the production line. Act as the OEMrepresentative to ensure stable material flow and prevent production linestoppages.Warehouse Operations & 3PL CoordinationDefine, implement and continuously optimize warehouse operational standardsand SOPs. Supervise and guide 3PL logistics teams on-site to ensurecompliance with safety, quality and efficiency requirements. Drive disciplined onsite (Gemba) management with a strong hands-on approach.Inventory Control & Warehouse PlanningDesign inventory strategies and safety stock levels based on productiondemand, lead time and supply risks. Plan and optimize warehouse zoning,location management and internal logistics flow. Execute cycle counts andannual physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy of at least 99.5%.Prevent obsolete and excess inventory and continuously improve inventoryhealth.Pull-Based Material Supply & Production SupportManage material delivery schedules based on OEM production plans and takttime. Ensure proper execution of pull-based material supply systems, includingKanban, sequencing and batch management. Oversee material preparation,kitting and line-side delivery to guarantee timely and accurate supply toproduction.Shortage Risk Control & Issue ResolutionMonitor real-time inventory and in-transit status with high sensitivity to potentialshortages. Proactively identify risks, initiate contingency actions and coordinatecross-functional teams to drive issue resolution until full closure.Returns, Claims & Quality CoordinationManage inspection, return and handling processes for defective or nonconforming parts. Coordinate supplier claims related to logistics and warehousequality issues.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing logistics or warehousemanagement.Proven hands-on experience coordinating directly with OEM production lines.Strong understanding of automotive pull-based material supply systems andproduction-driven logistics models.Proficient in WMS and ERP systems, especially SAP PP/MM modules.Native-level Spanish and fluent business English, capable of reading BOMs,SOPs and conducting effective communication.Strong problem-solving skills, high resilience and the ability to work effectivelyunder pressure.Hands-on, detail-oriented work style with a strong focus on on-site execution.Fluent in English and Spanish.
