About the roleWe’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who’s excited to drive our tech initiatives forward. If you enjoy keeping teams aligned, delivering projects on time, and combining agile best practices with hands-on collaboration, this could be your next opportunity.As Tech Project Manager, you’ll coordinate developers, manage priorities, and make sure everyone has what they need to deliver their best work — while keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end delivery of tech projects.Plan sprints, facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros).Own task tracking, reporting, and backlog management in Jira.Act as the bridge between the tech team and business stakeholders.Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.Mentor and support team members while maintaining effective communication. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in tech environments.Hands-on experience managing projects with Jira.Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).Strong communication and organizational skills — you keep everyone aligned and on track.Fluency in Spanish and EnglishTechnical background or IT industry knowledge.
