Responsibilities:
* Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
* Onboarding and Offboarding management and employee full life-cycle management
* Employee Certificates Management
* Build and formulate human operation plans, work processes, and service standards to ensure legal compliance, efficient processes, and good employee experience.
* Developing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
* Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
* HR system data maintenance and digitalization support.
Requirements
* Enrolled at a spanish university, major in a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in business administration or a similar field of study;
* Able to start in our Madrid office as soon as possible for 40h/week, preferably for a period of 6 months;
* Proficient in Spanish and Chinese;
* Good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel;
* Can work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments and levels;
* Structured way of working, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
* High level of accountability, including the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
* Must have the right to work as an intern in Spain by the start date;
* Must be currently enrolled at university and able to sign a Three Parties Internship Agreement.
