We are looking for a Project Director with over 20 years of experience in multinational companies within the Luxury Residential, Iconic Buildings, Sports, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Entertainment, and Landscaping sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects from conception to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a global profile who is ready to take on new and exciting challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Oversee and direct construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
* Review the project in depth to establish a clear timeline of deliverables and accurately estimate costs at each stage of the project.
* Supervise all construction activities on-site and off-site, ensuring compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and required permits.
* Coordinate and manage construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring that all teams work cohesively to meet project goals.
* Select tools, materials, and equipment necessary for each phase of the project, and manage the inventory to ensure resources are available when needed.
* Review the construction progress daily, ensuring the project is advancing as planned and making adjustments as needed to maintain momentum.
* Negotiate contract terms, draft agreements, and ensure that all permits and licenses are obtained and maintained.
* Ensure the quality of work by supervising the use of appropriate construction techniques and materials, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
* Maintain strong client-focused relationships, providing regular updates and exceeding client expectations at all stages of the project.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Bachelor\'s and Master\'s degree in architecture, engineering or related field.
LANGUAGES
Proficiency in English.
EXPERIENCE
* Over 20 years of experience managing projects in the Luxury Residential, Iconic Buildings, Sports, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Entertainment, and Landscaping sectors.
* Proven track record in managing complex projects, from planning to completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects.
* Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, working closely with subcontractors, designers, and consultants.
* Extensive knowledge knowledge of construction management processes means and methods.
* Negotiation skills for managing contracts, agreements, and obtaining necessary permits.
* Client-centric approach, with the ability to build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
