The RoleWe are looking for a Finance Controller with a clear analytical mindset, a strong focus on efficiency and attention to detail, and solid experience in analyzing, justifying, and discussing cost and expense variances with business stakeholders.In addition to strong analytical capabilities, this person should be able to propose improvement action plans, negotiate with clarity and assertiveness, and report findings and recommendations directly to management in a structured and rigorous manner.
Your Responsibilities
Closing & ReportingPreparation of analytical closing and monthly consolidated reportingEnsure accurate and consistent financial informationBudgetary Control & Cost ManagementAnalysis of cost and expense deviations (head office and subsidiaries)Direct discussions with business managers to justify and correct deviationsPropose specific corrective actionsStructured reporting of deviations and action plans to managementKPIs & EfficiencyDefine and monitor performance indicatorsContinuously improve control systemsInternal Control & AuditEvaluate financial processes and propose improvementsReporting & Management SupportDraft financial and analytical reportsDeliver clear, strategic presentations to senior management
RequirementsDegree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fieldsMinimum 4 years of experience in similar roles in controlling or auditingAdvanced Excel skillsDesirable:
Power BI and strong SAP knowledgeAdvanced EnglishAnalytical, assertive, and influential profile with strong business acumen
