Given the highly specialized nature of the role, based in Europe. /p h3Your Mission /h3 pReporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize the end‑to‑end global supply chain, ensuring seamless and efficient operations from procurement to distribution. You will play a key role in driving strategic and operational excellence, strengthening cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring supply continuity, cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and superior customer service in a dynamic and fast‑growing environment. /p h3Your Major Accountabilities /h3 ul liLead and implement global supply chain strategies, standards, and processes in alignment with corporate objectives. /li liAct as the main interface between Commercial Operations and Technical Operations, ensuring alignment through the SAOP process. /li liOversee end‑to‑end supply chain activities: procurement, forecasting, inventory management, distribution, CMOs, supplier management, and logistics. /li liDrive digital transformation and best‑practice implementation to enhance supply chain efficiency, visibility, and agility. /li liEnsure standardized procedures across forecasting, logistics coordination, master data management, and artwork management. /li liDefine, monitor, and analyze integral KPIs, leading continuous improvement and cost‑optimization initiatives. /li liBuild and develop a high‑performing global supply chain team, driving capability development and organizational excellence. /li liManage budgets, assess risks, ensure business continuity, compliance, and adherence to industry regulations. /li liSupport product launches, lifecycle management, and market expansions through robust planning and scenario management. /li /ul h3We Would Like You To Have /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA preferred. /li li10+ years of management experience leading international Supply Chain teams in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a corporate role. /li liProven experience working with international CMOs and suppliers. /li liExperience with global SOP, forecasting, advanced planning systems and digital supply chain tools. /li liStrong communication skills, cross‑functional leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset. /li liSolid knowledge of SAP, GMP, and end‑to‑end supply chain processes (Make‑to‑Demand, procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash). /li liAdvanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with automation or programming tools is a plus. /li liFluent English; ability to collaborate across geographies in multicultural settings. /li liAvailability of traveling is up to ~20%. /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pNeuraxpharm is a leading European specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the treatment of the central nervous system (CNS), including both psychiatric and neurological disorders.
