What we are looking for
* Build models to create new trading strategies
* Structure and implement algorithmic trading strategies
* Backtest algorithmic trading strategies
* Software development and implementation
* Monitor market performance
* Market analysis
Background And Experience
* Understanding of digital assets, either professional or personal interest
* Understanding of financial market micro‑structures
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communicator
* Programming skills in Python
* Prior experience in building or researching trading algorithms
* A background or substantial experience in a STEM subject
* Passion for algorithmic trading
* Prior knowledge of market making algorithms is a plus
* The ability to take ownership of a project while collaborating on it with colleagues
* Fluent in English
* Nice to have: Stochastic Calculus, dynamic programming
* Nice to have (tech): RUST, AWS, R
