P RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE /pp• /pp As part of the On-Trade team, you will need to contribute to deliver our 2 objectives: EFO new model. /pp• /pp Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers /pp• /pp Negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution Visibility targets /pp• /pp You will drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase. /pp• /pp You will identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation. /pp SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY /pp• /pp Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred. /pp• /pp Demonstrable affinity with On Trade, Events and / or Promotions. /pp• /pp Solid ability to organize your work independently and effective. /pp• /pp Solid negotiation skills. /pp• /pp Good Communicator and an active listener. /pp• /pp Team player.
