As a Field Applications Scientist, you will deliver technical support and training for analytical solutions, helping customers optimize workflows and maximize investment value. - Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and training for analytical solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and develop new applications
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize customer workflows
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D;, and product management to ensure customer success

- Travel to support customers and deliver training as needed

Responsabilidades
\n
- Advanced degree plus 3 years of experience or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in relevant analytical instrumentation
- Demonstrated expertise in technical problem-solving and method development
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts
- Strong presentation and training capabilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work xugodme independently and collaboratively in a results-oriented environment
- Experience in project management and handling multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel up to 50-75%
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant scientific software
- Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external customers
- Fluent English; additional languages beneficial
- Valid driver's license and passport for travel
