Experteer Overview
As Technical Artist on the Monopoly GO! team in Seville, you will bridge artists and developers to streamline asset integration in Unity. You'll build and improve tools for artists, optimize graphics, and manage asset pipelines. You'll implement UI/2D content, work with 3D assets and animations, and profile key performance metrics. This role supports a flagship mobile title at scale.

- Collaborate with developers and artists to complete and optimize the asset integration pipeline in Unity3D
- Develop tools and solutions to empower artists
- Mediate between art and tech to ensure smooth asset integration
- Implement UI and 2D assets into Unity canvas and sprites
- Import and animate 3D assets in Unity
- Create Shader Graph features for development
- Profile and optimize graphics, memory, and CPU KPIs
- Manage and integrate assets into versioned repositories
- Create content using Unity toolset: materials, animation controllers, particles, timelines, lights, plugins
- Document pipelines and best practices and support ongoing improvements
Responsabilidades
- Previous experience using Unity
- Experience in UI/UX design
- Knowledge of 2D illustration software such as Photoshop or Illustrator
- Experience in mobile games
- Knowledge in repository management, asset exporting/importing, optimizations, and pipeline creation
- High level of English
