In this RevOps Business Partner role at SAP, you will boost field productivity and support executive decision-making through disciplined forecasting, Renewal operations, and enablement. You’ll work across Go-to-Market initiatives, Cloud Renewals, and Customer Value Journey to enhance transparency and alignment with business goals. You’ll partner with CSS leaders and cross-functional teams to implement standards, drive adoption, and share learnings. • Forecasting process management and discipline across the FC cycle
• Operationalize renewals forecast and drive cadence, data governance, and hygiene
• Collaborate on annual GTM planning, budget, risk evaluation, and KPI setting
• Enable stakeholders to adopt core processes and tools; promote accountability in end-to-end processes
• Provide system, data, and reporting infrastructure for sales and leadership visibility
• Act as trusted advisor from strategy through execution and support senior management decisions
• Develop and coach peers; foster a one-team mindset beyond silos
• Support deployment and maintenance of related infrastructure, governance, xpzdshu and documentation
Responsabilidades
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1+ in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor in [unknown] or equivalent accreditation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerBI
