Overview
Static, fatigue, damage tolerance, stiffness, bird impact, calibration for in-flight load measurement & dynamic tests:
Responsibilities
* Prepare the test load program-actuator loads.
* Issue the documents (Test Plan & Test Results)
* Control the accomplishment of the test specifications and the fulfillment of the specification, playing the role of conduction of the test in the execution phase.
* Define, perform, control and issue the necessary documentation for the manufacture and mechanical assembly of the test, the analysis necessary to guarantee the integrity of all elements and tools that are designed.
* Prepare and coordinate the inspections
* Participate in the definition of the test instrumentation for in-flight load measurements, being the responsible for the obtaining of the expressions for determination of the loads
* Perform the tracking, control and final approval of the manufacturing of all parts of the tools (technical aspects)
* Perform the documentation of the test specimen instrumentation
* Give the technical support and verify the mechanical assembly
* Prepare the global planning of the tests throughout all the process
