We are looking for an enthusiastic FP&A Manager to join our dynamic Adalvo team. This position offers an opportunity to well-suited candidates to join a growing, fast paced energetic environment and culture.
Primary responsibilities of this role include the following:
* Own the monthly close from an FP&A perspective, including management reporting, executive decks, variance analysis, and full financial data packs.
* Lead monthly performance reviews, providing clear, insight-driven analysis on revenues, margins, costs, KPIs, and key variances versus plan and forecast.
* Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality reporting for senior management, including ad-hoc analysis as required.
* Drive quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting, with focused short- and long-term financial planning.
* Partner closely with commercial and functional leaders to support decision-making, track performance, and highlight risks and opportunities.
* Build and maintain financial models and scenarios to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
* Own gross margin and cost of goods analysis, monitor performance against targets, and support cost improvement initiatives.
* Maintain planning data integrity, including SKU-level data, and continuously improve reporting, analytics, and FP&A tools.
* Contribute to Board and leadership presentations, peer benchmarking, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting or related field.
* A minimum of 5 years of progressive financial experience in the field of financial planning, analysis and strategy / transaction services / business valuations
* Prior experience with a Big 4 firm would be considered an advantage
* International experience / business interaction (must be willing to work within multiple time zones)
* Possess a "best in class" mindset and ability to work with integrity, credibility and strong work ethics
* Self-starter, with a high degree of self-motivation and able to work on own initiative
* Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must
* Strong understanding of financial statements, profitability analysis and unit economics
* Ability to work with large amounts of data and maintain high quality data
* Experience with building comprehensive financial models allowing for scenario planning
* Ability to work in an environment still in development where adaptability is required and change is constant.
* Evident strength in communication and interpersonal skills; confidence and presence are required.
