What You'll Do
* Handle inbound reservation calls in Portuguese
* Assist customers with bookings and inquiries
* Deliver outstanding customer service
* Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience
What We're Looking For
* Full professional fluency in Portuguese
* Advanced English
* Advanced Spanish
* Customer-oriented mindset
* Strong communication skills
* Previous customer service experience is a plus (not essential)
* We're especially interested in candidates comfortable supporting customers from the Portuguese market and familiar with its language and communication style.
What We Offer
* 39h/week contract
* 5-month temporary contract (with possibility of extension)
* Rotating shifts between 10:00–23:00 (Mon–Sun)
* 2-month probation period
* Fully paid on-site training
