Requirements: 5 years of experience in ERP Project implementation (Business Central/Navision). Previous experience in system integration projects. Technical background in software development. Knowledge of SQL. Experience in project management and coordination. Experience in technical management of development teams with service providers. Experience in post-implementation support management of projects. Responsibilities: Participate in the design and implementation of ERP (Business Central). Teamwork, within a multidisciplinary team, flexibility to take on different roles depending on the time of project or need, from technical to functional, including participating in technical work and direct support when the situation requires it. Capture of new needs from the internal customer, demand management for new projects. Generate the necessary documentation for the different projects, with the help of external suppliers. Leading a small project team, including functional analysis team as well as development team. Supervision of the developments carried out, both at technical and functional level, including preparing and carrying out initial tests and UAT sessions with end users. Follow-up of incidents with service providers once the project is operational. Autonomous decision making when the situation requires it. Good end-user relations, ability to communicate and manage situations of high end-user demand for support. Languages: English C1 Desirable (not essential, but valuable): Experience with Salesforce. Project management: Valuable experience in projects executed with different methodologies, from Agile to classic project management based on PMP processes. Handling of project management tools: from advanced excel to MS project. Skills: Good communication and teamwork skills. High problem solving.
