Admin Manager, Operations Manager and Area managers (parcel, JIT, Last Mile & Air & Sea).- Working in close collaboration with the HQ HR & Finance manager to ensure compliance with HQ standards and legislative compliance.- Define Sales strategies to improve the company's brand in collaboration of the HQ Business development.- To be in permanent contact with customers to guarantee their satisfaction.- Ensuring customer satisfaction by establishing appropriate measures.- Ensure the Quality of Operations with the Operations & Area managers' support and define the strategy of Operations to link it with the Sales' one.- HR strategy in coordination with HR manager to ensure salary harmonization with a fair and equilibrate wage philosophy.- Managing the development of staff competencies and maintaining a good social climate- Adapt the resources according the needs to ensure an excellent service which include for sure the hiring of key staff.- Sales support for Key account and Tenders in Spain or in Europe for linked project with the entity.- Guarantee the reliability of monthly figures with an appropriate accruals philosophy.- IT supervision.- Project management for new businesses- Define the necessary KPIs in order to control the business.- Guarantee current certifications to promote continuous improvement.- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?- Bachelor or equivalent or professional experience which can compensate- Operations background knowledge- Business development skills- Analytical skills- English language mandatory.
