We're looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI)
If you see design as the perfect intersection of user experience, information architecture, and business goals —and you enjoy working on complex SaaS products —you're the person we're looking for.
You'll join a multidisciplinary team working in agile environments, focused on continuous product improvement and delivering real value to our users.
Design Responsibilities
Design and evolve end-to-end UX/UI experiences for a B2B SaaS product.
Turn business insights, data, and research into clear, actionable design solutions.
Create beautiful and highly functional interfaces, ensuring consistency through Design Systems.
Participate in Agile rituals (sprints, refinements, reviews).
Validate hypotheses through research, testing, and results analysis.
Keep clear documentation of your process and design decisions.
Qualifications
4+ years as Product Designer / UX/UI Designer in digital products.
Strong end-to-end design process: research → ideation → prototyping → validation → handoff.
Strong visual/UI craft + attention to detail + Design Systems experience.
Experience in Agile / continuous delivery environments.
Experience in data/analytics products or complex platforms.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Experience scaling or evolving a large Design System.
Familiarity with product metrics, UX KPIs, user behavior analysis.
Continuous testing experience.
